As the Customer Service Director, Thomas Skousgaard, 49, is a new addition to the MAN team. In this capacity, Thomas will oversee all aspects of the Danish aftermarket, including the service sector, workshop operations, service agreements, MAN's digital solutions, spare parts, and accessories. Training and developing mechanics and other service staff are also crucial.

Thomas has worked with MAN for over a decade and is familiar with the company and its operations. Thomas is leaving his position as head of the network department, overseeing Network and Retail management across Scandinavia. His prior experience was similar in a Scandinavian capacity, involving procurement and capital investments. Before joining MAN Denmark, Thomas formerly worked for Scania Denmark, where he was in charge of buying.

Thus, MAN's customer care department will be in good hands with the new hire, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field.

The CEO of MAN Denmark, Malte Kauert, is pleased with Thomas Skousgaard's appointment and says, "The majority of clients' vehicle fleets are projected to be replaced within a short time, shifting away from conventional diesel operation and toward fully electric vehicles. New service requirements arise as a result of this monumental change. In light of this, the aftermarket will require fresh ideas and approaches. Thomas Skousgaard, in his new job as Director of Customer Service, will play a crucial part in steering MAN Denmark toward success in this pivotal transition ".
